NUSS BUKIT TIMAH GUILDHOUSE
NUSS bukit timah guild house was a conservation project that was done by Richard Ho.
Restuarant : extension of restaurant with hidden pillars
Aircon- flow from side of walls to cool the room
Alfresco dining right next to bukit timah nature reserve
natural air ventilation- added layer of glass to keep the air con for bar, but as far as possible, tried to kept places with natural ventilation whenever possible.
conserved- timbre,solution-fire glazed layer under timbre
To prevent roof from leaking- hidden metal roof under the original roof to drain water.
"fish scale" for air ventilation is conserved
